Name the decision before the technology
Start with a question such as which asset is alarming, what work is planned in this area or which document belongs to this pump. Identify who acts on the answer and what “better” means for that person.
Connect only the necessary context
Link the asset identity, location and the few signals or documents required by the workflow. Keep trusted systems as sources of record; Plantica provides the spatial relationship between their information and the facility.
Expand after the workflow proves useful
Measure whether the first workflow reduces search time, improves preparation or makes field communication clearer. Then extend the same pattern to adjacent assets, areas and integrations.
