From concept to operation.
One living industrial model.
From the first machine proposal to the facility in operation, Plantica keeps physical context and industrial data connected.
Developed by EXAR in Gebze, Plantica is a product platform built on expertise in turning CAD and reality-capture data into usable industrial context.
PLATFORM FLOW
Bring data in. Keep its context. Make the decision in the model.
Plantica brings different sources together in the same physical facility coordinate system.

THREE PRODUCT PATHS
One model. Three different decisions.
Choose your role and Plantica brings forward only the context needed for that decision.

TECHNICAL SCOPE
The detail is here when you need it.
Review integration, deployment and pilot boundaries under concise headings.
01INTEGRATIONOpen detail
Instead of a broad connector-name list, source API, OPC UA access, refresh need and ownership boundary are validated together. Any custom adapter is stated separately in the proposal.
02DEPLOYMENTOpen detail
Hosted, private-cloud and on-premise options are evaluated against data residency, network access and operating responsibility.
03IDENTITY AND ACCESSOpen detail
SSO, role/access model and user scope are validated against enterprise requirements; supported methods are stated in the proposal and security appendix.
04SECURITY REVIEWOpen detail
Encryption, logging/audit need, backup, retention and network boundary are handled in the pre-deployment checklist. No certification or capability is assumed without verification.
05ACCESS AND DEVICESOpen detail
Desktop, browser, tablet and offline expectations are tested in pilot scope; the exact client and connectivity boundary is written for the workflow.
06OUTPUTSOpen detail
Model review, visuals/snapshots, reporting, issue/revision and export requirements are listed at the start; delivery formats are stated in project scope.
07SUPPORT AND OPERATIONSOpen detail
Support hours, response target, update responsibility and deployment operation are written into the contract and SLA for the selected deployment model.
Assess technical fit before requesting a full demo.
Share your formats, system boundary and deployment requirement. The Plantica team will prepare an applicable scope and the open technical questions.
